1. Service Fees

2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Service Not Delivered
If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe and do not respond to your communications within 48 hours.
Service Quality Issues
If the guidance provided is demonstrably incorrect or not based on current Google policies, and we are unable to rectify the situation.
Early Cancellation
If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before substantial work has been completed on your case, you may receive a partial refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
Outcome-Based Requests:
Refunds based on Google’s decision not to reinstate your profile, approve verification, or any other outcome beyond our control.
Timeline Dissatisfaction:
Refunds based on the length of time Google takes to review or respond to your case.
Services Already Rendered:
After we have completed our analysis, provided recommendations, and delivered the agreed-upon services.
Client Non-Compliance:
If you do not follow the guidance provided or fail to provide necessary information or documentation.
Change of Mind:
After substantial work has been completed on your case and services have been delivered as agreed.
Important Notice
Our services are advisory in nature. We provide guidance and recommendations based on our expertise, but we cannot control or guarantee Google’s decisions. Refund requests based on outcomes determined by Google will not be approved.
5. Refund Request Process

7. Dispute Resolution
